| The cabinets are original to the house, but were given a new coat of paint. New appliances and new tile help bring the kitchen up to date. The counters and splash are covered with four different colors of 1” mosaic tiles that have been randomly mixed. The porcelain tiles have a matte finish and are predominately neutral beiges and nougats, but the mix is sparked with the addition of a few gray-blue accent tiles. The blue wall was added to help shield the cooktop from the living area. But it also repeats the shape and color of the wall at the entry. |
